Shipping & Tax

1. Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
    

2. If the orders are shipped by standard shipping way and the weight is over 2 kg, we will separate the order to more than one package.
    

3. If you live in China, we'd prefer your shipping info in Chinese to English.
    

4. After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 business days to process your order. It may be delayed during weekends and holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
    

5. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
    

6. If you place wrong order or don't like it, we accept return request. Package returned should be in good packing for resale. We will refund you asa package received by us. Learn more details, pls read the refund policy. 

• For orders with a value of less than €150, the system will include VAT in the total amount.

   

• For orders with a value exceeding €150, customers are responsible for paying the VAT and customs taxes upon arrival of their orders at the customs.

Warning: If you place two or more small orders (with a total amount exceeding €150) on the same day, please contact our customer service and send us an email. We will ensure that these orders are shipped on different days to avoid the packages arriving at customs simultaneously, which would require you to pay customs taxes and VAT again.

The shipping costs shown in the charts and at checkout do not include customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or any import fees imposed by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is considered the official importer in the destination country and is responsible for paying any applicable customs or import fees.
