Please note that you will NOT be getting the final assembled Christmas Sock House. Instead, the listing is for the design pattern alone. Patterns are in English. They will be sent as a PDF file and you will be able to zoom in to reference it to build the individual pieces and piece the 3D figure together.

We will not be able to provide printable versions. Please only proceed with purchase if you are agreeable to this.

EU Member Countries:(27 Countries)

1. Order value < €150, the system will collect the VAT.
